Patch tests
A patch test is required at least 24 hours before your lash or brow appointment. (Please bare in mind even after having a patch test you could still develop an allergy to a product.)
Booking fees

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All booking fees are deducted off the final price of the treatment at your appointment.
Cancellations
Booking fees are non- refundable but can be transferred to another appointment. However, if you cancel within 48 hour of your appointment the booking fee will be taken to cover the time.
If a booking fee hasn’t been paid and you are canceling within 48 hours of your appointment you will need to pay a cancellation fee in order to rebook, as well as a booking fee.

No shows
If you couldn’t make your appointment and didn’t let us know the full price of the appointment will be required in order to rebook and secure a future appointment.
Late for appointments
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment the appointment may not be honoured & 100% payment will be taken. If you would still like your appointment and the therapist thinks there is time, the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next client.

Infills from other Techs
​
We do not infill other Lash/Nail Technicians work. This is for insurance purposes therefore a removal will be required.
